Why do we verify your age?

UK law prohibits the sale of electronic cigarettes, e-liquids, and other nicotine-containing vaping products to anyone under the age of 18.

What happens during verification?

Most customers are verified automatically during checkout using the information they provide.

If your age can be confirmed successfully, no further action is required and your order will continue to be processed.

If an automatic check is unsuccessful, you may be asked to complete verification using one of the following methods:

• Credit card verification
• Electoral roll check
• UK driving license
• CitizenCard

If these methods are unavailable or unsuccessful, you may be asked to provide a clear photograph of your passport or driving licence by emailing it to our customer support team for manual verification.

Once your age has been verified, you should not normally need to complete the process again for future purchases made using the same account.
