Order Processing
After you have selected which products are for you, ordering is as simple as clicking the checkout button located at the top right. Once you are at our checkout, if you are a new customer, you will have the option to pay with cash or card at the time of delivery. If you are a returning customer we are deciding to move to online payments only. This makes the process much easier for both yourself and the delivery driver.
Delivery
We aim to deliver every order that is placed with us before 6pm on the same day. There may be exceptional circumstances which prevent us from doing so but this rarely happens! All deliveries will take place between the hours of 6pm and 8pm each day so please make sure to have an adult with the appropriate I.D. verification as we will NOT leave any deliveries outside or unattended due to being an age restricted product.
Can't make it home?
If for some reason you can't be home, we will always try our best to re-deliver, but due to cost of postage and packaging, if we are using a 3rd party delivery service we may need to hold the package in store for collection. We will notify you in such cases.
